Thanks to all who joined us in this joint EWC Masterclass and National Academy for Educational Leadership Wales Leadership Unlocked event, where Carol Campbell, from the University of Glasgow, lead a discussion on professional learning and educational improvement. As one of the authors of Leading Reflective Practice – Reviewing the Evidence, this event was the perfect opportunity to engage with colleagues across Wales about the features of, and conditions required for, effective reflective practice.

Carol discussed the concept, features, and conditions required for effective reflective practices to support positive benefits for individuals engaging in their own reflective practice, collaborative reflective practice, and leadership of reflective practice.
