Registration Officer (fixed term – 12 months)
£29,657-£33,748 per annum pro rata plus benefits
The Education Workforce Council (EWC) is the independent, professional regulator for the education workforce in Wales.
As part of the Qualifications and Registration team, the Registration Officer will play a key role in delivering the EWC’s registration work. This includes maintaining the Register of Education Practitioners, providing a professional enquiry service and helpdesk facility for practitioners and employers, administering the award of Qualified Teacher Status and developing and preparing reports and statistics.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with experience of handling varied enquiries. Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential to the post.
