In this event, we explored recruitment and retention in Wales’ education workforce.

We saw the year-on-year changes to recruitment into teaching and other registration categories, as well as the latest retention data. We also heard from our policy team who provided a comparative look at recruitment and retention in other countries.

Following the presentation, a panel of experts gave insights into recruitment and retention in their settings, and provided their own distinct perspective on the issues discussed.

The event concluded with a Q&A session.
