Logging short term supply sessions

We are responsible for keeping a central, accurate record of all short-term supply sessions completed.

It is the NQT’s responsibility to ensure each period of employment of a session or more undertaken as a qualified teacher is logged via their MyEWC account, within 15 days of completing the period of employment. Sessions logged will be updated on the NQTs record the following working day.

In addition to logging sessions, NQTs are also required to have their sessions verified either by their supply agency, or the main day to day contact at the school where they completed the sessions. Sessions should be verified on the record of attendance form available in the induction profile. The form should be maintained off line and uploaded to the induction profile within required timescales. We are not responsible for verifying logged sessions, or those recorded on the record of attendance form.
