Our online services

As set out in Welsh Government guidance, there are a number of parties involved in the delivery of the induction programme. These parties need to view and exchange specific information in relation to the NQT’s induction. The information is obtained from:

  • induction notification and short-term supply teacher notification forms
  • induction funding claim form
  • short term supply sessions logged via our website

To facilitate this viewing and sharing of information, we have developed dedicated online access for IMs, IVs, and induction coordinators and ABs, enabling information to be maintained and stored securely online. The NQT, the IM, the IV (if allocated), and the AB, will, with the appropriate authorisation, be given secure access to this facility. This access will allow them to view details in relation to periods of employment undertaken by the NQT which are counting towards induction, and also access the NQT’s online induction profile.

Details of how to access the online services are provided in the written acknowledgement which is sent to the NQT and IM following receipt of the initial induction notification.
